Leakage Causes Breakdown:

• Incorrect Seal Selection: Using nitrile seals in 30MPa conditions can lead to leakage due to insufficient resistance to high pressure. Solution: Replace the nitrile seal with the DMHUI Viton TCV high pressure seal, designed for high-pressure environments and providing superior resistance to leakage.

• Improper Installation: If there are contaminants on the shaft surface, it can cause poor sealing, leading to leakage. Solution: Thoroughly clean the shaft surface and use a guide sleeve during installation to ensure proper seal alignment and functionality.

• Shaft Surface Wear: If the shaft surface roughness (Ra) exceeds 0.8μm, it can result in seal wear and leakage. Solution: Polish the shaft surface to reduce roughness and use the DMHUI thick-lipped TCV seal to ensure proper sealing and durability.
