PRODUCT OPERATION AND CUSTOMIZATION
For product operation and customization, select oil seals of corresponding materials and sizes according to the equipment type and working conditions; during installation, ensure the sealing lip is undamaged, the metal skeleton is clean, fixed in accordance with specifications, and the spring is accurately placed in the groove; regularly check the sealing performance, and if problems occur, trace back through the batch number and contact after-sales service; for customization, provide drawings or samples, which will be evaluated by technicians to confirm the material and process before making samples (with a 1-day delivery period) and mass production (with a 1-3 month delivery period); meanwhile, store the products in a dry and ventilated place, avoid direct sunlight, high temperature and corrosive substances, and use unopened products with in the shelf life.
