The seal is suitable for rotary heads, gearboxes, wheel hubs, support rollers and related rotating assemblies on foundation, quarry and mining drilling equipment. By limiting dust and mud ingress, it helps protect bearings, reduce shaft scoring, maintain lubricant cleanliness and prevent premature seal failure during vibration, shock loads and continuous drilling cycles. NBR, FKM and application-specific elastomer compounds can be selected according to temperature, lubricant and chemical exposure, with carbon steel or stainless steel cases and optional corrosion-resistant coatings. Dimensions, hardness, lip geometry and spring load can be customized from drawings or samples.
