This reinforced COMBI seal is designed for dump truck wheel hubs operating on construction roads, quarry routes and mining haul roads where road dust, mud, water and abrasive particles can quickly damage conventional seals. A strong metal case supports secure installation, while the multi-lip structure combines oil retention with layered external contamination protection. The seal helps keep hub lubricant clean, reduce shaft and bearing abrasion and limit oil loss during heavy loads, vibration and repeated braking cycles. It is suitable for rigid and articulated dump trucks, site haulers and other heavy-duty transport equipment. NBR and FKM elastomer options are available for different temperatures and lubricants, with carbon steel or stainless steel case choices and optional anti-corrosion treatments. Shaft diameter, housing bore, seal width, hardness, lip profile and spring load can be customized from drawings or samples. Compared with standard single-lip seals, the COMBI design provides improved dust exclusion, longer service intervals and reduced wheel-end maintenance costs in severe off-road conditions.
